Terms & Conditions – winpk Online Casino and Sports Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and winpk (hereinafter "winpk", "we", "us", or "the Platform") in respect of your use of the winpk website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and financial services accessible at winpk.org.

By creating a winpk account, accessing the winpk platform, or placing any wager or bet through winpk, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the winpk website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the winpk platform.

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of this Agreement.

To register and use a winpk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the winpk platform:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this requirement constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing winpk from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your location.

• Single Account: You must not have an existing winpk account. winpk strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and associated funds may be voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (in +92 format), and a valid email address. winpk reserves the right to request identity documentation (including CNIC or passport) at any stage of the registration or account lifecycle to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

Your winpk account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. You are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your winpk account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

You are required to maintain the strict confidentiality of your winpk login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. winpk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security against unauthorised access.

If you become aware or suspect that your winpk account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify winpk's support team immediately via the live chat facility or by email to [email protected]. winpk is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

winpk reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time during the account lifecycle. Players are required to cooperate fully with KYC requests and to provide requested documentation within the timeframes specified by winpk. Failure to complete KYC may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals or, in cases of sustained non-compliance, account suspension.

winpk processes all player financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. winpk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources; all funds must originate from a payment account held in the player's own name.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit to a winpk account is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees two hundred). Minimum and maximum deposit limits by payment method are displayed on the winpk cashier page and are subject to change at winpk's discretion with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within a target of 17 minutes from the time the request is approved. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within one to three business days. winpk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification or pending investigation of potential fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal Conditions: Players must have wagered their deposit a minimum of one (1) time before a withdrawal of a deposit-only balance (with no active bonus) is processed. For bonus-linked balances, the applicable wagering requirements of the relevant bonus must be completed in full before withdrawal is permitted.

winpk does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Some payment processors may apply their own fees, which are outside winpk's control and for which winpk accepts no liability. Currency conversion fees may apply where a player's payment method operates in a currency other than PKR.

All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and any specific bonus terms published alongside the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified in the relevant bonus terms, all winpk bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. The wagering requirement represents the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered in real-money stakes before any bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn. Game Contributions: Not all games at winpk contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake placed. Live dealer games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the bonus terms for each offer. Progressive jackpot games and certain excluded titles may contribute 0%.

Bonus Expiry: All winpk bonuses are subject to a validity period from the date of crediting to the player's account. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited. Validity periods are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

Bonus Abuse: winpk maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, the use of low-risk or matched betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and the exploitation of technical errors or system glitches. winpk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

All casino games available on the winpk platform — including slot games, live dealer games, instant games, and virtual sports — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or equivalent fair dealing systems. winpk's RNG systems are subject to regular independent third-party auditing under the conditions of its international gaming licence, and published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are based on certified long-run statistical results.

All sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, T20 international, ODI, Test match, UFC, and football markets — are offered at winpk's published odds at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. winpk reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical failures, or where a market is suspended due to event circumstances beyond winpk's control.

winpk does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with winpk games. The use of such tools constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winpk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one winpk account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using a winpk account on behalf of, or funded by, any third party;
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the winpk platform to process funds derived from illegal activities;
• Collusion with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any winpk product where such collusion confers an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with winpk games, markets, or the winpk cashier;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information in sports betting markets on winpk;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing winpk staff or other players through any communication channel.

winpk is committed to responsible gaming under its international licensing obligations and as a matter of ethical platform operation. winpk provides all registered players with access to a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are available at any time from within the player's winpk account settings. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their winpk account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may impose a ceiling on the maximum PKR amount they can lose within a defined period on winpk.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders that alert them after a specified continuous play session duration.

All content on the winpk platform — including but not limited to the winpk brand name, logo, website design, game content, marketing materials, text, graphics, data, software, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of winpk or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winpk platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works from any winpk content without winpk's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of winpk intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winpk's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their winpk account or use of the winpk platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their winpk account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winpk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any loss arising from system downtime, internet connectivity failures, or acts outside winpk's reasonable control (force majeure events). winpk makes no representations or warranties as to the uninterrupted availability of the winpk platform, noting that scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party network failures may cause temporary inaccessibility.

winpk is not responsible for any taxation obligations that may arise in any player's jurisdiction as a result of gambling winnings. Pakistani players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations applicable to gambling winnings under the laws of Pakistan.

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data provided by players to winpk is governed by the winpk Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the winpk Privacy Policy, accessible at winpk.org/privacy-policy.

winpk collects and processes personal data (including but not limited to name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, payment information, and game activity data) for the purposes of operating the winpk platform, verifying player identity, processing payments, complying with anti-money laundering obligations, and providing customer support. winpk does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

winpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player's winpk account at any time, with or without prior notice, where winpk reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information to winpk;
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity has been detected on the account;
• Regulatory, licensing, or AML obligations require winpk to restrict or terminate the account;
• winpk is required to do so by any applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms by the player, winpk reserves the right to withhold and void any remaining balance associated with that account, including pending withdrawals. Where an account is terminated by winpk for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance in the account will be returned to the player's last used registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their winpk account at any time by contacting winpk's support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests, which will be processed in the normal course.

winpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to players via email to the registered address and/or via a notice displayed on the winpk website prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the winpk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not agree with any amendment to these Terms are entitled to close their winpk account prior to the effective date of the amendment, and any verified balance will be returned in accordance with clause 12 of these Terms. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date and version number, is always available at winpk.org/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winpk holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through winpk's internal complaints resolution procedure.

Internal Complaints Process: Players wishing to raise a complaint must submit a detailed written complaint to winpk's support team at [email protected]. winpk will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) days of acknowledgement. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable timeframe, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by winpk's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of Pakistan or any other applicable jurisdiction.
